Clinical Supervision at Amazing Counseling
At Amazing Counseling, clinical supervision is treated as a meaningful part of your professional development, not just a requirement to complete.
We work with residents and pre-licensed therapists who want to become thoughtful, skilled, and grounded clinicians. This is a space designed for growth, clarity, and refinement of your clinical voice.
Who We Work With
We provide clinical supervision for:
Residents in counseling (LPC track)
Pre-licensed therapists seeking structured support
Clinicians who want deeper training in trauma-informed care
Our work is best suited for clinicians who are:
Intentional about the populations they serve
Interested in trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
Open to feedback, reflection, and continued development
Seeking more than surface-level supervision
Our Approach
Supervision here is active, engaged, and clinically focused.
You will be supported in:
Strengthening clinical judgment and decision-making
Navigating complex client dynamics with clarity
Deepening your understanding of trauma and its presentation
Developing confidence in your therapeutic presence
Building a style of practice that is both effective and authentic
This is a collaborative process that integrates:
Case consultation
Skill development
Clinical and personal reflection
The goal is not just competence, but confidence and consistency in your work.
