I love Affirmations. A year ago I shared 31 affirmations over 31 days and they were well received. I was listening to one of my favorite podcasts Behind the Brilliance Episode 14 with Lisa Nicole Bell and she talked about how she records her favorite affirmations. Of course, I had to do this!
